A person who has an opportunity in conducting research and design activities in the project. Responsible for conducting user research, concept ideation aligning with product goals, designing user flow, wireframing, finding the interaction design, and visualizing the design product.

Problem Statement:-
Generally, the problem is found in two different ways; for residents and the management offices.
How property management office manage their resident
This means, how I able to help management offices manage their daily process. Manage daily task and property account by supervising the workforce, keeping data storage entry in one repository, and centralize front office operation.
As for the resident point of view;
How resident manage their property
This means how I can help the resident manage their property. No more frustration visitor check-in process, no need to hustle waiting in the management office to book the property’s amenity, and keep updated with the news around the residency area.
